The short answer to this is yes, the longer answer is more nuanced.  Strength training is about challenging your body at the right level, which often people do not know from there intentionally progressing. Weight sessions should feel challenging but something that leave you sore for several days. We use a mix of free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises to suit your ability.
