Step 2 - Comprehensive Health & Physical Assessment

Medical & Lifestyle
We start here, getting to you know better. we need to dive into your medical history including family disease, past or current injuries everything to ensure you can workout as safely as possible. After that we jump into Lifestyle we need to meet you where you are at and then help you build the bridge to where it is you want to go.

Body Composition
Next up we need to assess your starting point, we will measure your body fat, lean mass, visceral fat, muscle distribution, BMI and waist to hip ratio.

Movement & Mobility
In this section we assess your posture, check for underlying injuries, objectively measure your mobility to pin point areas for improvements in quality of life, we can all live pain free. Lastly we will check your ability to move through the foundational movement patterns with your body weight.

Strength & Cardiovascular
We kick off with a VO2 Max test. Then, we measure your upper and lower body strength and compare it to others your age. In a series of tests designed to look for areas of improvement and structural balance in your body.

Your program will evolve over time to meet you where you are and optimise these pillars.
Movement
We start by addressing any weak links in your system while simultaneously building strength and movement quality in the functional movement patterns. From there we then build muscle and strength that will last you a lifetime.
Nutrition
We focus on developing sustainable life long practices that allow you to eat out, enjoy celebrations and fuel your body with what it needs to thrive. We have an ideal structure to follow but food is highly emotional and individual so we will work with you to get the best outcome.
Mindset
You can workout everyday for a month and track every calorie you consume but if you don't have the right mindset you will end up worse than were you started. This is not a health kick, it's a life long journey that we are all on wether we like it or not. The biggest tool you have on this adventure is your mind.
Step 4 - Training & Coaching Begins
You’ll train 2 – 4 times per week with complete support between sessions.
We will monitor:
- Performance
- Energy & recovery
- Steps & activity
- Nutrition adherence
Changes will happen monthly ensuring that you are always progressing and moving towards your goals.
Step 5 - Progress Tracking & Re-Assessments
We continuously monitor progress throughout the program, this really is the key to success.
